Shipping Information

There is a flat rate of $10.00 for the first 5 pounds and an additional $1.00 per pound after that FOR EACH ADDRESS SHIPPED TO.

We will update shipping dates for specific Holiday Delivery as needed.

We now ship most orders by United States Postal Service. Overseas and FPO orders are shipped by The US Post Office. Tracking is available for shipments (see Tracking)

Common Shipping Delays

• The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• As a general rule we do not ship on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out the following week. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest
• If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or USPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.
• It usually takes 5 to 7 days to personalize your order and process it for shipping, in addition to shipping time. Many times we are able to expedite orders personalized in our store. If you have concerns please contact us. In some instances a RUSH fee may need to be added to put your order to the top of the queue.

You can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail.
